Inspired Energy's vertical integration doesn't stop at batteries. Our Newberry, Florida campus houses injection molding, PCB manufacturing, testing and certification, and label creation, available as standalone services for OEM manufacturers.
Service 01
Injection molding
Our in-house injection molding is what allows Inspired Energy to produce truly custom battery enclosures without the lead times and minimum order constraints of third-party tool shops. We design and cut molds ourselves, then run production at our Newberry campus.
This service is also available to OEM manufacturers who need custom plastic components beyond battery housings, from device enclosures to connectors, brackets and mechanical sub-assemblies.

Service 02
PCB manufacturing
Printed circuit board manufacturing and assembly is one of the most critical capabilities in our vertical integration stack. We use it primarily for our own battery management system boards, and we make it available to OEM partners who need USA-made PCB assemblies.
From BMS circuits to general electronic sub-assemblies, our PCB manufacturing delivers the quality and traceability that regulated industries demand, without sending your board design offshore.

Service 03
Testing & certification
Pack testing and certification support happen in-house, so your device reaches market on schedule. Testing runs on the same production floor as board and pack assembly, under the same quality system.
For custom programs we support the testing and approvals your target markets require, and we provide test documentation to OEM customers for their own regulatory submissions.

Label creation
Battery labeling is more than branding. It is a regulatory and compliance requirement in virtually every market our customers operate in. In-house label creation means every battery leaves our campus with the right regulatory marks, warnings and OEM branding applied correctly.
We produce labels for our own battery products and can produce labels for OEM customers who need compliant product identification for their devices or battery programs.
